Why the confusion is worth money to somebody

Three courts moved this law in 2026 alone. The Constitutional Court upheld the new limits in April. The Supreme Court reversed the long-standing minor issue in July, reopening lines that had been treated as dead. And a third question, whether the 2025 rules may reach back to people born before them, is now sitting with the EU Court of Justice.
